At Panhudi Export, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are handmade and often produced in limited quantities, our Refund and Returns Policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect

2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or made‑to‑order products
• Bulk export orders unless agreed in writing
• Products damaged due to misuse

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photos or videos as proof

4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or mutually agreed alternative.

5. Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error or product damage, return shipping may be covered by us. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your payment provider first, then reach out to us.
